Training Process

To ensure the sustainability of our success, MESA implements a comprehensive continuous training and development program. Within this framework, internal and external training programs, seminars, meetings, and awareness activities are regularly organized.

Our training programs are structured under the following categories:

  • Orientation and On-the-Job Training: Designed to support organizational adaptation and provide employees with essential information about the company structure, their roles, responsibilities, and related technical processes.
  • Competency-Based Training: Focused on improving employees’ job-related knowledge and skills and enhancing their technical competencies.
  • Personal Development Training: Designed to strengthen employees’ individual skills and support their personal and professional development.

Employee training programs are planned and implemented annually according to both organizational and individual needs. Training needs are identified with the active participation of employees, ensuring that development plans address actual requirements.

We aim to provide our employees with every opportunity to become success-oriented individuals who create value for themselves and for the work they perform. In line with this goal, we support employees in recognizing their knowledge and skills, identifying areas for improvement together, and meeting these development needs through appropriate training and development programs.
