CORE

Core production is carried out with PLC Controlled,3 pcs; 7 liters voluminous carbon dioxide core machines, 8 liters, 2 pcs  15 liters and 40 liter volume, 4 cold box core machinery and 1 hot box core machinery.

Core productions in cast parts are prepared with Alfaset, Amingaz, CO2 and providing shell systems and cured in suitable shelf environments.

Melting

There is a dual track induction furnace at our foundry facility that is capable to melting 1500kgs/H.The melted metal,carbon, silicium equivalence are controlled with thermal analysis and spectral analysis and each melting pot is temperature controlled. Hardness and microstructure is controlled after casting.

ALUMINIUM CASTING

The Heat treatment process,machining process, assembling process  of  aluminum, aluminum alloys  are carried out under our roof by means of die casting and sand casting methods .


 There are 3 pcs each in capacity with 500Kgs/H natural gas operated melting furnace, 4 pcs induction holding furnaces each in capacity with 300Kgs at our unit.

In addition that 250 Kgs/H and 100 – 250Kgs/H for heat treatment, optional according to parts composition (solution treatment and artificial ageing).

MOLDING

2 HFM 2040 High Vacuum Automatic Moulding Line

Mould sizes: 720 x 560 x h( 250 + 250 )

2 Eirich Sand Mixers with automatic humidity and weight controll, 20 t/hour and 35 t/hour.

CHEMICAL RESIN MOULDING

Alphaset 10 Mtons/H resin sand mixer

Alphaset 3 Mtons/H sand reclamation unit.

Mould dimensions 2.000 x 1.500 x 1.000 mm

Large parts are moulded with alphaset system which gives repeatable dimensions and a better surface quality.

HEAT TREATMENT

TF2.1 PCL controlled Heat-treatment furnace in dimension with 1200 x 1000 x1750 mm  is used to carry out tempering process.

The annealing information of the furnace, which has a maximum power of 1000 kw and a maximum temperature of 1100 °C, is output as the temperature treatment graphics loaded at the end of the operation.

BLAST CLEANING

Blast Celeaning carried out at 2 pcs each in capacity with 6 Mtons/H  shot blast machine are used to clean the parts at different stages of finishing operations

PAINTING

In comply with customer requirement, the parts are being painted as per dipping method and the spray gun method in the hanging type paint line and they are being dried by means of infrared technology.

MACHINING

Depending on customer requests, more than  95% of our foundry products are being machined.

We have a well-equipped  CNC machining Unit includes  5 Axis with Pallet switching, Horizontal and Vertical CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, Conventional Lathes and Mills and drill benches that meets with our requirements.

To increase our business partners’s work satisfaction our production is being guided by lean production tools extensively by means of Kaizen,Poke – Yoke and process FMEA tools.

INDUSTRIAL WASHING

The Industrial washing processes are being carried out in our company with high pressure washing machines by means of hot water spray method, hot water spray washing/ drying and ultrasonic washing machines.

High pressure spray type washing machine is optionally used for removing oil and chips industrial washing.

RESEARCH& DEVELOPMENT CENTER (R&D)

Our engineering department, which has Turkey's 783rd Approved R&D Center, provides CO-Design support to our customers as well as feasibility and improvement studies.

The Feasibility and improvement works are done by our R&D Department, which has also CO -Design capability with the help of casting simulation, SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM, AUTOCAD and DRAFT SIGHT softwares.

Casting, mechanical/dynamic simulation and design engineering programs like ( Solidworks, Mastercam, Autocad ve Draft Sight are being used AT MESA R&D Center.

PACKING, SHIPMENTS, LOGISTICS

The required surfaces of the products, whose production and control stages have been completed, are lubricated against corrosion before packaging.

All the overseas transportation, logistics,export operations for finished products are being managed by Mesa A.Ş direcly to the customers in timely and safe manner professionally by its expert team.
